20 x 40 meter lighted indoor arena with natural footing
Outdoor arenas and pastures
50′ lighted round pen (indoor)
On-site horse trailer parking
Heated arena-side clubroom with large viewing windows and heated bathroom with shower facilities and wifi.
Climate controlled tack room
Indoor groom stalls with equine vaccuum equipment, wash rack (hot and cold water) with heaters and blow dryers
Automatic waterers in each stall, paddock water troughs
Jumps, cones, arena trail, working equitation, and other training obstacles
Spacious individual or buddy turnout paddocks
Onsite equine professionals reside on property for 24/7 care
$850 board, owner of horse to provide grain, supplements
$1000, board, includes grain pellets and vitamins
Lessons are $75 pay as you go. Packages are payable before the first of the month only. No refunds. No carryovers to the next month. Preferred payment is Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or Facebook-MetaPay or cash.
